What should be inside?
– Money
– Documents
– First aid kit
– Water (3-4 liters per day, 5-6 liters in summer)
– Canned food, high-calorie foods
– Personal hygiene products
– Warm clothes, warm blanket
– Radio
– Battery-powered lamp
– Matches, squeakers
Each family member who can carry it should have an emergency kit.
Think ahead of time about where you will be most comfortable putting water in it.
– Individualized medications that you and family members need, taking into account the peculiarities of everyone’s body and the presence of chronic diseases
– Dry and medical alcohol
– Antibiotics
– Antihistamines
– Scissors for cutting the wounded person’s clothes
– Gauze napkins of different sizes and non-sterile gauze bandages
– Antiseptic hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes.
– Plasters of different sizes
– Two pairs of rubber gloves
– Hemostatic agents, tourniquet, hemostatic bandage with a hemostatic agent
