The Red Crescent of Kazakhstan, together with The Coca-Cola Foundation, is providing relief to flood victims in the North Kazakhstan region. In the first phase, 210 families living in evacuation centres will receive aid. This amounts to 704 people, including 133 children.

The humanitarian aid provided to the victims includes food and hygiene items. The Red Crescent of Kazakhstan will continue to provide assistance to around 800 people from the most vulnerable groups, including large and single-parent families, lonely elderly and people with disabilities.
